While we don’t offer completely raw footage, we offer something similar called documentary footage. This available add-on is a long video containing sequences of usable clips throughout your day, with minimal editing. Please note, with this footage; there will be people moving in and out of shots, cameras navigating around obstacles (especially photographers!), camera flashes, and lens focusing, all things that are incredibly distracting to watch. This footage will also contain many clips that will not contain audio, as audio is only recorded for key moments, such as first looks, the ceremony, and speeches. We are intentional when recording audio to limit the accidental recording of private conversations and licensed materials.

As a standard practice, we select music in our editing process that we feel matches the character of your wedding and the two of you, but if you would like to select music of your own, you absolutely can! We include complimentary within our pricing licensing to over 12,000 songs available through Soundstripe and Musicbed. Any song request made outside of those available through our licensing catalog will require a verified certificate of release for commercial usage. In most cases, these releases are very expensive and will be your responsibility to purchase.

No. Other than for the ceremony and speeches, the video is captured in short clips rather than as one seven-hour video stream. As video files are massive, especially when shooting in 120 frames per second, and cameras are constantly moving, we plan and capture video with intention based on the concept curated with you during our pre-wedding/pre-session overview call. This allows us to produce a more polished video focused on those key moments to ensure that we provide the best footage we can while reducing chances for error and potential issues such as card overheating and memory card issues.
