Live Streaming Services

What is live streaming?

Live streaming is a way for people to see your event/wedding from far away. Unlike face-timing through a phone or tablet, our live streaming services use professional cameras, audio, and streaming software to create a higher quality, more reliable connection with your guests, while providing an end-product, multi-angle recording of your ceremony. All of our live streams are supported through a platform designed specifically for live streaming which allows users to simply visit a link on our site to view. Skip the hastle of logins, and make it easier for your guests to view!

For live streaming, we offer two types of services, one that if feed through a single camera and audio source and another that includes shifting between multi-cam and audio sources with a team on staff to monitor.

Single feed

Normally perfect for weddings, this option would have a computer directly connected to one of our cameras in the back which would feed audio and visual feeds through our live streaming platform. In this scenario, we do set up additional cameras to create a more high quality, multi-angle video later on, but only one is feed into the live stream. These live streamings are lightly monitored by members of our team. This option is great if you don’t need for your guests to see every angle.

Pricing

  • $325 + tax. This includes a live stream of up to 30 minutes. A charge of $200 per hour after is charged in 15 minutes increments for any additional time after the first 30 minutes. Includes delivery of a high-quality, multi-angle recording of your event/ceremony that was live streamed.

Multi-cam feed

This option if for events where you want multiple camera angles to be in play for your live stream. Normally having a total of a minimum of four cameras, these live stream options include three team members, one which monitors and switches between angles, and another two who monitor and move cameras throughout your event. This option does require a space to be set aside for our switchboard to be. We also recommend talking with audio engineers of your event to ensure compatibility with RODE wireless mics.

Pricing

  • $700 + tax. This includes a live stream of up to 30 minutes. A charge of $400 per hour after is charged in 15 minute increments for any additional time after the first 30 minutes. Includes delivery of a high-quality, multi-angle recording of your event/ceremony that was live streamed.

Edited ceremony videos

Below you can find a collection of ceremony samples of videos once they have been edited.

  • Your live stream page and downloadable ceremony video will be available for up to two years after your event.

  • The live stream does not, but your recorded ceremony video will. To help provide the highest quality signal and lower error rate for live streams, we use a hardwired connection from camera to computer rather than a wireless one. This means that only one camera view is seen during the live streaming of your ceremony. However, for live stream setups, we believe redundancies are important to have and typically run a total of 3 cameras, providing additional angles that can be stitched into the high-resolution video created for you after the event.

  • It is! We know how important your wedding day is to you and have designed our live streams to include what would be the same as the service we provide for full-day videography for your ceremony. This means that the ceremony video added to your page after the event has been edited for:

    • Color Balance

    • Cropping & Straightening

    • Audio Cleanup (to remove as much background and wind noise as possible)

  • The number of cameras we use is based upon your unique wedding circumstances and ranges between two to four cameras. Please keep in mind, though, when the live stream is live, only one camera will be displayed on your live stream page. This will be the one sitting at the end of the aisle.

  • We will typically use a total of four audio sources.

    • A wireless mic on the officiant. This is the one that will feed directly into your live stream.

    • A field recorder mic on the groom. This will apply for weddings with only live streaming or if you already have a full-day videography package with us. We typically skip this mic if you have a different videographer for the day.

    • A direct connection recorder into your deejay’s amplification system.

    • One to two ambient mics with wind socks.

  • We use some of the smallest available mics on the market. Weighing in at only 31g with a dimension size of 1.7” x 1.8” by .7” tall, our mics are incredibly lightweight and are as simple as attaching a lav and dropping in your closest pocket. Don’t have a pocket? Not to worry! We can also easily attach these mics using an easy-to-use double-sided magnet.
