Perfect for photographers looking for a space to capture their art in an indoor studio location. Located in Jacksonville, NC our studio rental provides the use of our 1,500 square-foot space where your guests will be greeted and welcomed into our front office/waiting area complete with snacks and beverages before they start their session with you. Our studio rentals include the use of our backdrops, furniture, dresses, and lighting equipment making it easy for you to provide more options for your clients.

For scheduling, we recommend scheduling a walkthrough with us first to view the space before scheduling to use the space for your clients so you can get a better feel for what is available and our studio layout to ensure it is a perfect match for your needs.

Frequently asked questions

We provide a total of 90 minutes per rental. This is designed to provide you with the time to have 60 minutes of studio time along with a 30-minute (15 minutes before and after) buffer to provide you time to set up before your session and for clean up afterward. Overtime fees are accessed in 30-minute increments at a rate of $50 per 30 minutes, plus tax which will be due at the time of departure. You are always welcome to schedule more than one client (such as for mini-sessions) during your studio time.

Yes! We always have someone available in the front office during rentals to greet your clients and to be available to answer any questions you may have.
We never allow any activities that have the potential to create a dangerous atmosphere or lead to the potential for fire. Open flames, firecrackers, smoke bombs, etc, are not permitted under any circumstance, or any substance or aerosol that omits an unpleasant order or hazardous fumes.
Absolutely! We allow for both boudoir and newborn sessions to take place in our studio. As these types of sessions incur more liability, we do require a certificate of insurance (COI) with a minimum of $1 million in liability with Atlanta Dahlia listed as an additional insured. (Most insurance companies will make this easy to access from your insurance’s online portal or can be obtained by asking for this from your insurance carrier representative.) This COI must be submitted within one business day of your rental and a new one will only need to be submitted once per year as your policy renews.
We do! If you’re looking for a local source to order prints, albums, wall art (canvas, acrylic, or metal prints), or custom framing, we offer a wide range of options many of which are available for pickup in as little as two business days. If you plan on ordering from us, samples are available in our studio that you are always welcome to use during your studio rental to show to your clients.

This image style is designed using a white wall canvas and light as the color source. This style allows for over 30 colors/designs to be used very quickly while allowing for a broader range of image effects.
