Documentary Footage Request

Included on this page is a form for requesting documentary footage from your wedding day. Sometimes referred to as RAW footage, our documentary footage is an option that compiles any usable clips from your wedding day into one long video.
Terms & Conditions
Pricing. Documentary footage is $700 for weddings with a coverage timeframe of 5 hours or more and $350 for weddings with a coverage time of 4 hours or less. This will be billed to you through an invoice after submitting the form on this page.
Footage Expectations. Full clip footage is footage that will most likely contain shaky footage, lens focuses, heavy camera movement as videographers navigate around people and obstacles, and people walking in and out of clips.
Video Recording is Not Continuous. With the expectation of ceremonies and speeches, video is captured in short clips rather than as a seven-hour video stream. Documentary footage will contain multicamera clips, clips out of order, and gaps in time.
Audio. Not all portions of footage will contain audio. We are intentional when recording audio to limit the accidental recording of private conversations and licensed materials. Audio is only recorded for key moments, such as first looks, ceremony, and speeches, so many other periods of the day, such as when formal photos are taken and during the reception, will not contain audio.
Turnaround Time. Please note that these requests will be placed on our editing queue alongside work currently in process and are edited on a first-come, first-serve basis. The typical turnaround time for these requests is six weeks after your invoice has been paid in full.
Video Delivery. Due to its large file size, documentary requests are sent through our file-sending service. You will need to download your file within 30 days of send.
All sales are final, and refunds will not be provided. We say this as these videos are not always as enjoyable to watch due to the reasons mentioned under footage expectations.
