“The best ever. Amanda and Lee were an absolute godsend during my entire wedding planning process. They were recommended by a good friend of mine and I hired them for my engagement photos, bridal portraits, and wedding photo and video package. They were always on top of things and stayed so organized during the entire process. Scheduling dates with them was always easy and they were willing to be flexible with their dates and times to accommodate my schedule since I live in Raleigh but was traveling to Wilmington for all of my wedding things! They truly make you feel so comfortable and are super helpful with posing and different types of shots. But at the same time they were always willing to try out any ideas we had for shots! They really helped out with timelines and just the general flow of my wedding day. My wedding day would not have gone as smoothly as it did if it were not for them. They would always pick up a phone call or answer an email and if they couldn’t they always got back to me in less than a 24-hour period. They both had a typed-out detailed timeline for our wedding and the type of photos that needed to be captured before my coordinator did! My coordinator went off of Amanda and Lee’s timeline. Even our wedding venue owner said Amanda and Lee were the best photographers they have ever had at their farm in all the years they have been open. Amanda and Lee are punctual, charismatic, caring, thoughtful, and thorough with their work. And by golly do they have talent with capturing the little moments and details and making something so simple and small look so extravagant? From the moment I communicated via e-mail from Amanda, she was everything you want in a photographer - responsive and stayed in contact leading up to the wedding date, wanted to get to know you (and your future husband) as a couple, and wanted to know your expectations for her as a photographer. On the wedding day, she impressed me immediately by sending me a text message saying she was on her way - and exactly what time she’d be there. When I met Amanda & Lee (which my now husband connected with right away...), you felt like you’ve known them forever. “Just wow!! I was that crazy bride-to-be who interviewed photographers before selecting one. This was also during quarantine so I had a lot of time to plan my wedding and find the perfect vendors. “Amanda is SO talented, kind, and amazing at what she does. I found Amanda at a time when I was feeling pretty discouraged in wedding planning.
